How do I get my ticket?

Your ticket is generated the moment payment clears and emailed to you as a PDF with a QR code. It is also available any time from My tickets.

What do I show at the door?

The QR code on your phone or a printout. Each code is signed and single-use, so it cannot be scanned twice.

Can I get a refund?

No — all sales are final, so please double-check the date and city before you book. If an event is cancelled, the organiser decides how it is handled and will contact ticket holders directly.
